The last few months have been one of the most exciting periods for ID Warehouse and its customers. We have a lot to talk about including new exciting products, trade shows, our annual awards night, and our hot product deals that will heat you up during the colder months.

We would like to thank those who were able to visit our stand at ASIAL 2007, and we missed those who were unable to attend. We hope all visitors to our stand enjoyed the show and had a chance to experience the latest identification solutions we showcased.

We are also pleased to inform you that ID Warehouse received the Best Stand Award at ASIAL 2007! This award is presented to the exhibitor who demonstrates exemplary professionalism, innovation, and commitment to their customers during the show for the entire industry to witness. ID Warehouse is proud to be the leading supplier of identification products in the security industry.

Our new brand, IDW Technologies, was also launched at the show and will encompass all our technical products such as visitor management, biometrics, lone worker protection, card printer systems and technology cards.

The all new range of Nisca card printers were also launched at the show. Nisca printers offer greater quality, speed, reliability, and more secure identification cards. Visitors were highly impressed and enthusiastic about the new printers, making the launch a great success.

Lone worker protection and staff alarm systems are vital in areas where your staff could be at risk from physical threat. These systems can literally mean the difference between life and death, and are almost considered compulsory for employers to meet their OH&S duty of care obligations.  This is especially true in healthcare environments, certain government offices, correctional facilities, warehouses, patrolling security staff, and many other potentially hazardous work environments.

ID Warehouse held its annual awards night in early July at the Hills Lodge and with the Las Vegas theme, a great time was had by all! Deserving team members were recognised for their exceptional customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction over the past year. The awards encourage team members to excel in their roles and ultimately provide greater service to our customers. This underlines our commitment to great customer service and excellence.

The Economic Leaders Meeting is considered the centrepiece of the APEC summit, and is being held in Sydney during September of this year. The highly publicised event will be the most significant economic and political gathering that Australia has ever hosted. Prime ministers, presidents, and leaders from all 21 APEC member economies will meet to discuss trade and investment across the Asia-Pacific region, supporting exports, economic growth, and jobs in Australia. As with any major political event, security concerns are of critical concern.
